Thank you for your interest in being a new or returning vendor at Billerica Community Farmers Market! 

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
BEFORE COMPLETING THE BELOW APPLICATION: BILLERICA COMMUNITY FARMERS MARKET RULES

Applications due by March 15
Notifications sent by April 15
Applications submitted after March 15 will be put on a wait list

2026 Season Fees:
$30 per week for a 10 x 10 foot area for weekly vendors

$20 per week for a 10 x 10 foot area for full-season farms

We have a "no refund for cancellations" policy which means you will not get your money back for canceling.

Permits

All permits required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of Billerica must be presented before space can be reserved

Safety

Vendors must adhere to Billerica Community Farmers Market Rules in addition to current COVID-19 Safety precautions such as wearing masks, using gloves to handle food, and sanitize their stations
