Stacy is a Billerica native and bonafide foodie. She’s a familiar face in the local culinary scene as a host and producer of her own televised cooking show and an instructor of many food related classes at the Middlesex Community College.

Brian has lived in Billerica for 30 years. For the last 10 years, he’s grown paw paws, as well as lots of other fruit, for fun and for the health benefits.

Paw paws have a sweet, custard-like flavor somewhat similar to banana, mango, and pineapple, and are commonly eaten raw, but are also used to make ice cream and baked desserts.

You’ll find Brian at the Billerica Farmers Market this Fall when the Pawpaws are harvested. Let’s talk paw-paw!

Susan lives in Billerica. She became a Certified Master Gardener after she retired from her career in healthcare. She started as Lead Gardener creating a 25'X25' vegetable garden for the purpose of growing vegetables for the Danvers Food pantry. Today, Susan farms at Aurelia's Garden in Wayland which produces produce for Open Table and other organizations.

This will be Susan's first year at the Billerica Farmers Market - "Ask A Master Gardener"
